Victoria Waddle, Managing Editor

Victoria has been published in literary journals, anthologies, nominated for a Pushcart Prize, and included in Best Short Stories from The Saturday Evening Post Great American Fiction Contest. She contributes articles to Southern California News Group’s “Literary Journeys,” which celebrates writers and their work. Her collection of short fiction, Acts of Contrition is available from Los Nietos Press and all online booksellers. She blogs all too infrequently about writers and writing at VictoriaWaddle.com.

Lavina Blossom, Poetry Editor

Lavina is a painter and mixed media artist as well as a poet.  Her poems have appeared in various journals, including 3Elements ReviewKansas Quarterly, The Literary Review, The Paris Review, The Innisfree Poetry JournalPoemeleon, and Prompt and Circumstance.  She is an Associate Editor of Poetry for Inlandia: a Literary Journey.

David Stone, Poetry Editor

David came to the Inland Empire to earn a master’s degree from La Sierra University and met his wife Cathy. He enjoys cooking, block printing, and exploring nature with his wife and two children. His poetry has appeared in Identity TheoryShuf, and Inlandia:  A Literary Journey, as well as in Orangelandia: The Literature of Inland Citrus.  He is a quarterly contributing columnist for the Southern California News Group.

Becca Spence Dobias, Fiction Editor

Becca lives in Southern California with her husband and two young children. She is a former board member of Inlandia and founding member and contributor for WritingBloc.com. Her novel, On Home, is available wherever books are sold.

Linda Rhoades, Fiction Editor

A mother of three adult children and married to an on-the-cusp retiree, Linda is a born here—leave—return resident of the Inland Empire. She has also lived in the Antelope Valley, San Diego, and Sitka, Alaska. An Inlandia workshop participant since 2009, she has a Fiction Certificate from UC Riverside. When she isn’t working on her novel, Linda judges contests and attends writers’ conferences. She takes her rescue dog for long walks, which often leads to inspiration.

Randy Quiroz, Fiction Editor

Randy was a finalist in the 2020 international Writers of the Future contest and won the top fiction award at the 2019 San Diego Southern California Writers’ Conference. He’ll soon release a compendium of short stories Tales of the Nine and his novel The Other Round Table. Contact him at randyaquiroz@gmail.com. After attending UC Berkeley, he returned home, and when the stars are in perfect alignment, he teaches high school in the Inland Empire.

Cati Porter, Founding Editor

A longtime resident of the Inland Empire, Cati has lived in Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Moreno Valley & Riverside. She is the author of nine books and chapbooks, most recently Slow Unraveling of Living Ghosts, with Inlandia Board President Johnny Bender. Cati has been executive director of the Inlandia Institute since 2013. In addition to founding the Ontario creative writing workshop and Inlandia: A Literary Journey, she is also founder and editor of Poemeleon: A Journal of Poetry. She holds an MFA from Antioch University, Los Angeles.
