Alshaad Kara

Featherstone

Feathers here and there
Time wakes me up as a Spring’s shadow —

Feathers here and there
Love wakes up as a Spring’s effulgence —

Feathers here and there
I hear her footsteps.

Feathers here and there
She stops at my grave.

Feathers here and there
There lay the four stones on my gravestone —

Feathers here and there
She lays four flowers on my gravestone.

Feathers here and there
Time wakes me up as a Spring’s shadow —

Feathers here and there
Love wakes up as a Spring’s effulgence.
